Privacy Policy
1. Basic Principles
发送猫是面向多设备环境的局域网传输和跨屏输入工具。你通过发送猫发送的文本、剪贴板内容、截图、图片、视频、文件等传输内容，默认仅在你授权或配对的可信设备之间通过本地网络传输，不上传至我们的服务器。我们不会出售你的个人信息，也不会将你的传输内容用于广告画像、个性化营销或与服务无关的分析。
SendCat is a local-network transfer and cross-device input tool. Text, clipboard content, screenshots, images, videos, files, and other transfer content are, by default, transmitted only between trusted devices that you authorize or pair over a local network and are not uploaded to our servers. We do not sell your personal information or use transfer content for advertising profiles, personalized marketing, or unrelated analytics.
2. Processing Common To All Platforms
为完成设备发现、配对、连接和传输，我们可能处理设备 ID、设备名称、设备类型、系统版本、客户端版本、设备 IP 地址（当前 Wi-Fi/热点分配的本地 IPv4 地址）、端口、在线状态、配对状态、设备关系、连接质量、错误码和必要诊断日志。在你同意本政策后，客户端会通过系统网络接口，在应用进入前台及网络状态变化时按需读取该设备 IP 地址，用于判断局域网连接状态、发现和连接同一网络内的设备、展示传输状态及排查连接异常；该地址仅在本机和当前局域网内处理，不上传至我们的服务器，不用于广告画像。剪贴板、截图、图片、视频和文件仅在你主动使用相关功能或开启对应开关时处理，并默认通过本地网络在授权设备之间传输。我们不会读取或收集 IMEI、IMSI、SUPI、SUCI、设备 MAC 地址、通讯录、通话记录、日历、短信或本机电话号码；图片、音视频和文件仅在你主动选择、发送、接收、保存或开启同步功能时处理。
To provide device discovery, pairing, connection, and transfer, we may process device ID, device name, device type, system version, client version, device IP address (the local IPv4 address assigned by the current Wi-Fi or hotspot), port, online status, pairing status, device relationship, connection quality, error codes, and necessary diagnostic logs. After you consent to this policy, the client uses the system network interface to read the device IP address as needed when the app enters the foreground or the network changes. It is used to determine local-network connectivity, discover and connect devices on the same network, display transfer status, and diagnose connection issues. The address is processed only on your device and within the current local network, is not uploaded to our servers, and is not used for advertising profiles. Clipboard content, screenshots, images, videos, and files are processed only when you actively use related features or enable related switches, and are transferred by default over the local network between authorized devices. We do not read or collect IMEI, IMSI, SUPI, SUCI, device MAC address, contacts, call logs, calendar, SMS, or the phone number of this device. Images, audio, videos, and files are processed only when you actively select, send, receive, save, or enable sync for them.
3. Android (Mainland China Distribution)
在该渠道中，发送猫支持手机号验证码登录、微信/QQ 授权登录、账号会员服务、登录设备数量管理，以及支付宝、微信支付等购买渠道。为提供这些服务，我们可能处理手机号、验证码校验结果、微信或 QQ 授权标识、账号 ID、登录状态、会员状态、权益有效期、订单号、订单状态、支付渠道、退款或争议处理状态和设备绑定关系。首次运行时，发送猫会先通过个人信息保护提示弹窗和隐私政策链接明示处理目的、方式和范围；你同意后才会启动设备发现、剪贴板相关处理、更新检查、外部分享处理等功能。国内 Android 版声明“安装未知应用/安装应用”相关权限，仅用于你主动下载并安装发送猫 App 内更新包。
In this distribution, SendCat supports phone verification code sign-in, WeChat/QQ authorization sign-in, account membership services, signed-in device management, and purchase channels such as Alipay and WeChat Pay. To provide these services, we may process phone number, verification-code result, WeChat or QQ authorization identifiers, account ID, sign-in status, membership status, entitlement validity, order number, order status, payment channel, refund or dispute status, and device bindings. On first launch, SendCat shows a privacy notice dialog and privacy policy links explaining the purposes, methods, and scope of processing. Device discovery, clipboard-related processing, update checks, and external-share handling start only after you consent. The mainland China Android version declares the install-apps permission only for installing an in-app SendCat APK update that you actively download.
4. iOS/iPadOS
iOS/iPadOS 端不需要手机号登录、微信/QQ 授权登录、支付宝或微信支付；会员购买、订阅、退款和恢复购买通过 Apple App Store 处理。为完成权益校验、恢复购买、剪贴板发送次数统计和客服处理，我们可能处理随机设备 ID、设备名称、系统信息、会员状态、Apple 购买记录摘要、订单状态和必要请求日志。首次运行时，发送猫会先通过个人信息保护提示弹窗和隐私政策链接明示处理目的、方式和范围；你同意后才会启动本地网络发现、接收监听、剪贴板监听和分享文件处理。
The iOS/iPadOS app does not require phone-number sign-in, WeChat/QQ authorization sign-in, Alipay, or WeChat Pay. Membership purchase, subscription, refund, and purchase restoration are handled through the Apple App Store. To provide entitlement verification, purchase restoration, clipboard-send count, and support, we may process random device ID, device name, system information, membership status, Apple purchase record summary, order status, and necessary request logs. On first launch, SendCat shows a privacy notice dialog and privacy policy links explaining the purposes, methods, and scope of processing. Local-network discovery, receive listeners, clipboard listening, and shared-file handling start only after you consent.
5. Google Play Android
会员购买和恢复以 Google Play 规则及应用内展示为准。为提供权益校验、订单核验、剪贴板发送次数统计和客服处理，我们可能处理设备标识、会员状态、权益有效期、订单状态和必要请求日志。首次运行时，发送猫会先通过个人信息保护提示弹窗和隐私政策链接明示处理目的、方式和范围；你同意后才会启动设备发现、剪贴板相关处理、更新检查、外部分享处理等功能。Google Play Android 版使用 Google Play Billing 和 Google Play 更新能力处理购买、恢复权益和更新，不声明 APK 安装权限。
Membership purchase and restoration follow Google Play rules and the in-app display. To provide entitlement verification, order verification, clipboard-send count, and support, we may process device identifiers, membership status, entitlement validity, order status, and necessary request logs. On first launch, SendCat shows a privacy notice dialog and privacy policy links explaining the purposes, methods, and scope of processing. Device discovery, clipboard-related processing, update checks, and external-share handling start only after you consent. The Google Play Android version uses Google Play Billing and Google Play update capabilities for purchases, entitlement restoration, and updates, and does not declare APK install permission.
6. Mac And Windows
Mac 和 Windows 端主要用于局域网发现、跨屏输入、剪贴板发送/接收、文件传输、保存路径管理、AI 配置和反馈支持。电脑端用户协议、隐私政策和关于我们页面以网页链接形式提供。若你自行配置第三方模型服务，API Key、服务地址、模型名称、提示词和本地配置由你自行填写、保存、修改或删除。
Mac and Windows clients are mainly used for local-network discovery, cross-device input, clipboard sending/receiving, file transfer, save-folder management, AI settings, and feedback support. Desktop User Agreement, Privacy Policy, and About Us pages are provided as web links. If you configure a third-party model service, API keys, service endpoints, model names, prompts, and local settings are entered, saved, changed, or deleted by you.
7. Feedback, Bugs, And Diagnostic Logs
当你通过客户端反馈入口或邮箱提交 BUG、建议或投诉时，我们会处理你主动提供的问题描述、联系方式、截图、设备型号、系统版本、客户端版本和沟通记录。BUG 反馈可能随同提交最近的错误码、运行状态、时间、连接状态、功能调用结果和必要诊断日志，仅用于复现、定位和修复问题，不用于广告画像。
When you submit bugs, suggestions, or complaints through the client feedback entry or email, we process the issue description, contact details, screenshots, device model, system version, client version, and communication records you provide. Bug reports may include recent error codes, runtime status, timestamps, connection status, feature call results, and necessary diagnostic logs, used only to reproduce, locate, and fix issues, not for advertising profiles.
8. Retention, Deletion, Sharing, And Security
本地传输记录、设备关系和偏好设置主要保存在你的设备中。服务器上的账号、设备绑定、会员权益、订单状态、使用次数统计、必要安全日志和反馈记录，仅在提供账号服务、会员服务、安全风控、问题排查、交易争议和合规要求所必需的期限内保存。除法律法规要求、保护安全、完成你请求的服务或获得你明确同意外，我们不会向无关第三方提供你的个人信息。
Local transfer history, device relationships, and preferences are mainly stored on your device. Server-side account records, device bindings, membership entitlements, order status, usage count statistics, necessary security logs, and feedback records are retained only as needed for account services, membership services, security protection, troubleshooting, transaction disputes, and compliance. Except as required by law, necessary for security, needed to complete your requested service, or based on your explicit consent, we do not provide your personal information to unrelated third parties.
9. Information Types And Purposes
我们仅在实现明确功能、保障账号与设备安全、处理购买或恢复权益、排查故障、回复反馈、履行法定义务所必要的范围内处理信息。设备标识、设备名称、系统版本、客户端版本、连接状态、错误码和诊断日志用于设备发现、配对、连接、传输状态展示、异常定位和安全风控；会员、订单和权益信息用于开通、校验、恢复、退款或争议处理；你主动提交的联系方式、问题描述、截图和沟通记录用于客服回复、投诉处理和服务改进。
We process information only as necessary for clear functions, account and device security, purchase or entitlement restoration, troubleshooting, feedback response, and legal compliance. Device identifiers, device name, system version, client version, connection status, error codes, and diagnostic logs are used for device discovery, pairing, connection, transfer status display, issue diagnosis, and security risk control. Membership, order, and entitlement information is used for activation, verification, restoration, refunds, or dispute handling. Contact details, issue descriptions, screenshots, and communication records you submit are used for support replies, complaint handling, and service improvement.
10. Clipboard, Screenshots, Images, Videos, And Files
发送猫不会在未触发功能时主动读取你的剪贴板、相册或文件。只有在你主动读取、选择、拖入、粘贴、发送、接收或开启同步功能时，相关内容才会在本机和你授权的可信设备之间处理。除你自行接入的第三方服务另有规则外，这些传输内容不上传至我们的服务器，不作为服务器数据保存，也不用于广告画像、出售、训练或无关分析。
SendCat does not proactively read your clipboard, albums, or files when no feature is triggered. Related content is processed only when you actively read, select, drag, paste, send, receive, or enable sync, and only between your device and trusted devices you authorize. Except for rules of third-party services you choose to connect, this transfer content is not uploaded to our servers, not stored as server data, and not used for advertising profiles, sale, training, or unrelated analytics.
11. Permissions
发送猫会按照功能需要申请本地网络、网络访问、通知、后台运行、系统文件选择、输入辅助、快捷键或无障碍等必要授权。Android 13+ 上选择图片、视频或文件时，发送猫使用系统照片选择器或系统文档选择器，并依赖你主动选择后的 URI 授权，不申请读取全部相册或存储的权限。不同系统展示的权限名称和授权方式可能不同，实际以系统弹窗和客户端界面为准。拒绝或关闭某项权限后，只会影响依赖该权限的功能，不影响其他基础功能。
SendCat requests only the necessary authorization for local network features, network access, notifications, background operation, system file picking, input assistance, shortcuts, or accessibility when a related feature is used. On Android 13+, image, video, and file selection uses the system Photo Picker or system document picker and relies on URI access granted by your active selection; SendCat does not request permission to read the entire album or storage. Permission names and authorization methods may vary by system, and the actual system prompt and client interface apply. Refusing or disabling a permission affects only features that depend on that permission and does not affect other basic features.
12. Third-Party Services
为完成验证码、登录、支付、订阅、退款、订单校验、恢复购买、消息通知、崩溃排查、客服处理或基础云服务，短信服务商、身份验证服务、支付渠道、应用分发渠道、订单处理服务、消息推送服务、云服务商、错误分析服务或必要技术服务方可能在必要范围内处理相关信息。我们会要求合作方仅按约定目的处理信息，不得将其用于与发送猫服务无关的广告画像或额外收集。
To provide verification codes, sign-in, payments, subscriptions, refunds, order verification, purchase restoration, notifications, crash troubleshooting, support, or basic cloud services, SMS providers, identity verification services, payment channels, app distribution channels, order processors, message delivery services, cloud providers, error analysis services, or necessary technical providers may process relevant information within the necessary scope. We require partners to process information only for agreed purposes and not to use it for advertising profiles or unrelated collection.
13. Retention, Deletion, And Correction
本地传输记录、设备关系和偏好设置主要保存在你的设备中。服务器上的账号、设备绑定、会员权益、订单状态、使用次数统计、必要安全日志和反馈记录，仅在提供服务、安全风控、问题排查、交易争议和合规要求所必需的期限内保存。你可以在客户端内清理本地历史、移除设备关系、关闭接收或同步开关，或通过应用内反馈入口和邮箱请求说明、更正、删除或注销相关信息。
Local transfer history, device relationships, and preferences are mainly stored on your device. Server-side account records, device bindings, membership entitlements, order status, usage count statistics, necessary security logs, and feedback records are retained only as needed for service delivery, security protection, troubleshooting, transaction disputes, and compliance. You may clear local history, remove device relationships, turn off receiving or sync switches in the client, or request explanation, correction, deletion, or account deletion through the in-app feedback entry or by email.
14. Security Measures
发送猫通过设备关系、配对密钥、局域网连接校验、AES-GCM 加密、必要的回声过滤、接口校验和访问控制等方式降低误传、未授权接收、内容回流、订单伪造和接口滥用风险。但任何网络传输和系统剪贴板都无法保证绝对安全，请只与可信设备建立关系并在可信网络环境下传输敏感内容。
SendCat uses device relationships, pairing keys, local-network connection checks, AES-GCM encryption, necessary echo filtering, API validation, and access controls to reduce risks of accidental delivery, unauthorized receiving, content loopback, forged orders, and API abuse. No network transfer or system clipboard can be absolutely secure, so please establish relationships only with trusted devices and transfer sensitive content only in trusted network environments.
15. Policy Updates
如本政策发生重大变化，我们会通过网页、应用内页面、版本说明或其他合理方式提示。继续使用相关功能表示你理解并接受更新后的政策；如果你不同意更新内容，可以停止使用受影响的功能或联系我们处理相关数据请求。
If this policy changes materially, we will provide notice through the website, in-app pages, release notes, or other reasonable methods. Continuing to use related features means you understand and accept the updated policy. If you do not agree with the update, you may stop using the affected features or contact us for related data requests.
